Yet in our experience, there is often another layer that remains unseen—one that cannot be measured through surveys or financial analysis, but can still influence how a property feels, functions and evolves over time.
Throughout history, places accumulate experiences. Land remembers. Buildings carry the imprint of the people who have lived, worked and made significant decisions within them. Some properties hold stagnant energy, unresolved emotional imprints or echoes of past events that continue to influence the environment long after those experiences have passed. In some cases, these energetic patterns can create subtle resistance that conventional approaches struggle to explain.

Through energetic space clearing, we assess the energetic landscape of a property to identify hidden influences that may be affecting its potential. Each assessment is unique, but may reveal stagnant energy, emotional imprints, ancestral influences, unresolved historical events or other energetic disturbances connected to the land or the property itself. Flooding
One homeowner consistently experienced flooding every few months, a recurring issue that persisted for several years. The insurance company has refused to cover water damage. Many entities remained on the property, with angry feelings and despair, causing the damage.
After some energy work, the home felt more peaceful inside, but most importantly, there has not been any water damage since.
Blocked Sale
Our client, a real estate agent, could not sell a lovely house. The property was on the market for many years without a single expression of interest. The spirit of an old woman had grown attached to the homeowner's cat and was worried about the cat when the house eventually sold.
After a gentle clearing, the house attracted three interested buyers within a few days. The house sold very quickly after this.
Energy Healing

d with constant noise and had an overall sad atmosphere that made people feel more depressed. The occupants felt unsettled, with strange little creaks appearing randomly in odd places. With a bit of research, they discovered that an older man had killed himself in the garden shed at the end of the property. The spirit of the man had not moved on and needed to receive some love before it could leave.

“
In the early 2000s, when my son was about four years old, we lived in a house very close to the city hospital. My son was an outgoing and friendly little boy.
One day, he skipped happily up the stairs to his bedroom, only to come running back down a few seconds later, screaming, “The tigers are here! The tigers are here!”I had already noticed that he was afraid of one of the medieval city gates: it depicted medieval soldiers with lances and helmets, their faces very warlike.
When he came running down the stairs, screaming, I sat down with him on the bottom step, took him onto my lap to soothe him, and began to build a pillar of energy at the top of the stairs.
I immediately understood what was happening. Apparently, my son was perceiving deceased people as “tigers”. These people may have died under tragic circumstances and had faces contorted with pain, which might explain the expression "Tiger."We sat on the stairs for quite some time, and I guided the "Tigers" into the energy pillar.
After a while, I asked him what he perceived. He said that more and more "Tigers" were appearing, and now even "Baby Tigers."At that time, I had not yet reached my current strength and was overwhelmed, so I ended the session, and a little later, we moved out of the house.
A few weeks after this event, I happened to meet the city archivist and asked him what had previously been located in the area around the hospital. He explained that the hospital stood there because in the Middle Ages, under General Wallenstein, this was precisely where attacks took place, and the wounded soldiers were treated – and died.
I must confess, I turned as white as a sheet. What my son saw was not childish fantasy, but the still-present energy of people who died under the most traumatic conditions.
Today, a quarter of a century later, I not only perceive these energies much more strongly but have also trained my own energies to redeem and release such old presences for our clients.
How do we work?
We can work remotely and are able to feel the energy of the property and identify blockages using the photos and plans you send us. In some cases it is also helpful to sense the energy of the land in person, so we can travel to your location for deeper work.
Energy work on a house is a bit like sending your car to the garage for a minor repair. After checking under the hood, it turns out the car has a few more problems and a bigger work is needed.
It is the same with energy space healing: we never know what we will find when we start. The scope varies as the situation varies. We then work with homeowners, buyers, sellers, real estate agents, and also investors and property investors.
